Our packaging is always minimal, and is always 100% recyclable.

Too much single use packaging from the cosmetics industry ends up in landfill - we will only use the minimum amount of packaging in our products and our shipping boxes.

Orders received before 2pm on Monday to Friday will be picked packed and despatched the same day. 

Orders received after 2pm will be sent the following business day, orders received over the weekend will be sent on Monday (excluding Bank Holiday’s).

If you want your products quicker then we suggest that you select our Next Day delivery service which guarantee’s next day delivery for all orders received by 2pm on a weekday.

The cost for guaranteed next day delivery is £5.95.

If for any reason you want to return your order then simply email us at ‘team@modelsecrets.com' quoting your order number. We will send you a returns number and address to send the products, simply post the products back to us unused and unopened and we will refund you in full - no questions asked.

If your products arrive in a condition that means that you cannot use them, simply take a picture and email it to us at ‘team@modelsecrets.com' so we can arrange for replacement products to be sent out.
